2nd December evening

The good news of Advent is not that we are faithful in our waiting but that God is faithful in His coming to us. We're always struggling with waiting and the season of Christmas can ask so much of each of us. The pace, the demands and expectations for each of us are real.

This Sunday we start our journey to Christmas, with the gift of Advent. Our 5.30pm gathering is a Churches Together in Swanley District special with other Christians from across the area. Our St Pauls Swanley Village will join us for this also. Our 8pm congregation is our monthly Overflow community. Both gatherings will be at St Peters, College Road, BR8 7RH. Plan to be with us for at least one of these!

And yes our Christmas tree has arrived at the vicarage! Looking forward to sharing a great December with you and lots of Jesus life in the coming days! See you Sunday night if not before...
