50p and more faith!

What do we do when someone 'dares' God?
Does our faith soar or nose-dive?
Do we have great expectations of God or worry that He isn't able?
On Tuesday night Emma-Jane and the youth team were hosting the community youth group at Church. During the course of a discussion, one particular boy asked when the annex would be complete? Explaining that we currently lack the funding to complete it ourselves, he searched his pockets and pulled out a 50p piece. He wanted to donate the fifty pence coin 'to the cause'. Emma-Jane told him she would pray that his offering would be 'multiplied for the Kingdom'; he stated it should become £5000! Emma-Jane prayed with the young people that the 50p coin would be multiplied to £5,000 by Tuesday next week.
So .... a young lad in 2019 gave what he had and is waiting expectantly to see what our God will do. A boy in the bible gave what he had and it was multiplied to feed 5000 people. What is our response? Can we pray intentionally and expectantly, that God will miraculously provide for the sake of this young lad and for His glory and our encouragement?
What is our part? What is our 50p?
