Christmas 2018

Nights are drawing in and Christmas 2018 is fast approaching. Fear not... the fairy lights are up, the mince pies are being consumed and we're looking forward to sharing it with you and yours! Here at St Peter's and St Paul's we warmly welcome you, your friends and family to join with us to celebrate Christ this Christmas.

We're excited about our first Village Christmas Fair, run in partnership with Hextable Hub, Hextable Parish Council & Emerson Park on Saturday 8th December, from 12 noon onwards. There will be a great variety of craft stalls within St Peter's, with food, drinks, fun and games on the village green. The afternoon will wrap up with six shared carols on the green, from 1700 onwards. Come along and bring a friend, as we share in the Christmas season together!

Our Contemporary Carols service is being held on the 16th at St Peter’s Hextable. We have two services, a more family-orientated service at 1730, with a 1930 option. We promise a lively hour packed with creative and contemporary input.

Our traditional Carols by Candlelight service will be held at St Paul's Swanley Village at 1730 and 1930 on Sunday 23rd December. A beautifully crafted hour is being planned, and we look forward to sharing this with you.

With one sleep to go, we invite you to our family Christingle services on Monday 24th. These are services of reflection and expectancy, looking at the nativity and God’s gift to the earth in Jesus and will be will take place at 1530 St Paul’s Swanley Village and 1730 St Peter’s Hextable on Christmas Eve. Oranges will be involved in the making of this service!

Our Midnight Communion will take place at St Paul’s at 2330 on Christmas Eve.

For those who are willing brave the early morning there'll be a Communion service at St Paul’s. at 0830 on Christmas Day.

Celebrate with us for our Christmas morning special at 10:30 at St Peter's.

We're so glad to have so many more opportunities this year to share Christmas, confident that there'll be more kingdom life in 2019 because of Christmas 2018.
