vision gathering

Updated: Nov 18, 2018

Since Johnny & Julie have joined us we've been doing more intentional listening and capturing what God is saying to us, and asking us to become. This has involved our church family and wider geographic community in formal and informal ways. There's been vision-&-listening work-time in each of our monthly PCC gatherings, public consultations in both village communities and church family conversations at both St Peters and St Pauls. This and all the many other themes gathered in one-to-one conversations has resulted in lots of brilliant and inspiring data. Yes lots of it!

The PCC have been working with a 9-page summary of this and there's been consistent patterns in the words, scriptures, and big ideas shaping how we wish to be good news people and better see the flourishing of our communities. We would love to hear your voice in the final piece of information gathering. We want your thoughts on how you feel God is calling us to focus from next year through to 2025. A paper in pdf format is here for you to complete and return by 21st of November. We've already had 115 returns reflecting 134 households over the last ten days!

Through consistent listening, open loving hearts and in partnership with a generous God comes great confidence for a great future! Thank you in anticipation!
